The Rolex Sea-Dweller reference 16600 is one of the most respected classic professional dive watches. Produced from approximately 1988/1989 until 2008/2009, it features a robust 40mm Oyster case in stainless steel equipped with a helium escape valve on the left side for saturation diving. It has a unidirectional aluminum bezel with a 60-minute scale and a clean black dial without a Cyclops lens for perfect symmetry. Powered by the reliable Calibre 3135 automatic movement with approximately 48 hours of power reserve. Water-resistant to an impressive 1,220 metres (4,000 feet) and fitted with an Oyster bracelet featuring the Fliplock extension system for wearing over a diving suit.
